About me

My path into psychotherapy was not linear and that is precisely what shapes my work today. After studying film and television studies, theatre studies, and psychology, I spent several years working in the media industry. During that time, I realized how deeply I was drawn to the human side of stories and relationships: the inner movements, the dynamics between people, and the patterns that shape our lives.

Over time, it became clear that my true passion lay elsewhere: supporting people in challenging life and relationship situations and helping them reconnect with their own resources. Training as a relational and dynamic sex therapist was a decisive step – professionally and personally. It led me to the place where I work now: at the intersection of attachment, relationship, embodiment, and personal development.

For more than ten years, I have been working as a licensed Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie — in 2014 I received my certification from the Munich Public Health Office, and since 2015 I have been a member of the Association of Independent Psychotherapists. In my practice, I combine therapeutic clarity with a modern, attachment‑oriented approach: I work with my clients, not for them – structured, respectful, and always at eye level. Whether in Individual, Couples or Sex Therapy: My focus is on making patterns visible, strengthening inner orientation, and opening pathways that allow genuine change – in relationships and in one’s own life.
